R. Narayan is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Power2SME. Under his stewardship, the Power2SME Group enjoys a position of prominence in sectors in which it operates. Responsible for the overall profitability and performance of the organization, he has an impressive track record of developing robust business strategies and taking the company to newer heights. He sets the overall direction for the business and focuses on the scalability and growth of the business. A qualified Cost Accountant, Narayan brings on board more than 24 years of experience across diverse portfolios like general management as well as sales & marketing. A seasoned entrepreneur, Narayan was also the Founder and CEO of Denave, India's largest technology powered sales enabling services company, prior to forming Power2SME. He continues as a Board Member at Denave.

Deepak Gupta joined Power2SME in Jan’2014. He has over 17 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, handling start-up’s, financial modelling, GAAPs, setting up internal controls & processes, MIS-analytics, PE investments, due diligences, treasury, tax and compliances. Prior to joining Power2SME, he held key roles in firms such as Genesis Colors, Reliance Retail, Haier Appliances, Chequepoint Group UK and Calcom Electronics Ltd. with last two years as Managing Partner in his entrepreneurial venture - Golden Saplings. During his stint in Genesis Colors and Reliance Retail, he led key initiatives in several internal processes in finance, ERP, strategy and business and contributed significantly in championing business efficiency. He is a commerce graduate from SRCC, Delhi University, a fellow chartered accountant and a cost accountant.

Nitish Pandey is Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Power2SME. He looks after Power2SME's technical strategies by focusing on delivering customer-ready solutions that are apt and cost-effective. Passionate about coding, he has developed a number ecommerce portals and has worked in the industry for over 20 years designing, developing, deploying and managing solutions in many industry verticals.

Prabhat Bhardwaj is Vice President, HR & Administration at Power2SME. He is responsible to create a robust workforce and develop performance driven culture aligned with business vision and growth. Prabhat has over 2 decades of rich experience in Human Resources, Business Support Function & Business Administration. Prior to joining Power2SME, Prabhat held leadership positions at leading enterprises such as NORSK HYDRO, Technopak Advisors, Genesis.

Sudha Sarin is a seasoned communications professional with over two decades of experience in managing strategic communications for organisations. She is responsible for lead generation, opportunity creation,corporate communications, customer marketing, creative services and marketing operations at Power2SME. She recently left her role as Managing Director, Public Affairs–IPAN & Knowlton India to work independently with companies and entrepreneurs to lend them her learnings over the last 2 decades. Sudha has in the past held top management positions including as CEO at Good Relations India and COO/Senior Partner at Ketchum Sampark after merging her company Insight Communications in Dec 2006 with Sampark. Sudha has a Masters degree in English Literature from Miranda House College, Delhi University and a diploma in Marketing and Strategic Planning. She is also a core team member in setting up the Women in Business Forum and a mentor with the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) and has helped build many brands. She lectures at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and the Amity School of Marketing.

Dr. H.P. Kumar is Director External Affairs at Power2SME and he is spearheading the organization’s objective of building alliance network in the industry. Dr. Kumar will design innovative programmes and framework to enhance Power2SME’s value proposition for SMEs, Suppliers and financial institutions. With rich experience in leading successful and profitable campaigns to benefit SMEs, Dr. Kumar comes with deep knowledge of SME market. Dr. Kumar has extensive experience in dealing with promotion, development and financing of MSMEs, exports and other small & large projects. Prior to joining Power2SME. He was the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation), a govt. of India enterprise engaged in development and financing of SMEs in India. Under his leadership, NSIC was able to achieve a turnover of 17400 crores and became a dividend paying entity with an excellent MOU rating continuously for 7 years, a spectacular shift, from a loss making CPSU prior to his successful tenure. Before NSIC, he was working with the Union Bank of India and Government of Botswana. He has tremendous experience in dealing with a large number of countries, for promoting international trade relations, cross seas investments, transfer of technologies and handling joint ventures etc. Dr. H. P. Kumar is a qualified Banker from the Indian Institute of Bankers, a professional cost and management accountant (CMA) and holds Ph.D in Rural Industrialisation.
